I am revealing a pet peeve here but my take on this that kid’s brains have been reprogrammed by looking at little kiddie games on devices long before they know how to read, leaving them to go through life ADHD and under read. Sorry soft-parenters..

If they are really spying on mums with their babies, it is to figure out what additional cheap Chinese shit they can sell them. It is always about the money with them.

This is very good article about the upcoming sequels to The Night Manager, including discussions with some of David Cornwell’s very talented sons, who are continuing the John Le Carré cannon in adaptations and continuation novels. Of the latter, Karla’s Choice by Nick Harkaway is very Le Carrésque.
