They were willing to replace the broken part. Even with everything going on. We respectfully told them, "we appreciate the offer, but you got more important things to worry about don't worry about it."

My wife and I bought a climbing structure for our kids a few years ago. A piece broke, so we contacted the company that made it. Turns out they are based in Ukraine. This was just after the invasion...

Ugh! It's horrible when you get craft beer served at temps meant for the big corporate junk! I drink most of my collection straight from my cabinet in the basement, or if necessary toss them in the fridge about an hour before I want to drink them. Best way to enjoy the proper flavors!
