Incorrect, provinces have covered medications for decades eg Fair Pharmacare (as health care is technically the constitutional responsibility of the provinces). National pharmacare is a new agreement to cover some medications the same way across the country like insulin and contraception.

The lesson behind that: there were so many people without dental coverage, dentists thought signing up would lose them money, but did once they realized the volume increase. Health care is the same. There are so many people skipping treatment that covering them would be a huge boost to GDP.

Canada has just started introducing universal dental care, wildly popular. But they're doing it in a phased approach, first older seniors, then down to 65, children, then everyone under $90k. Dentists were initially skeptical, but now 97% are on board. It's possible! share.google/E7bj46XiFoTxL5lyE

Pete, is there truth the reporting that the city is going to spend $100M over 3 years hiring Scott Construction instead of keeping minor project management in house? This makes absolutely no sense, what's going on?

5kmh over at the start leads to a 27kmh difference at the point of impact. Yeah Doug won't care about facts like this but "a few over" isn't the insignificant detail we want to think it is. youtu.be/AS4i28usfmg?...

Hear me out, let Ken Sim abolish the parks board early enough that he can start his plans to sell off land to his friends, but late enough that it's only that stupid park at Main and 7th, and then everyone gets mad and votes him out
