I have been down the Linux line, sadly I have software that doesnt run natively on Linux and I just can't risk problems if I need those for work. So I likely have to stick to Windows. T_T

I am planning to get a new PC, but man, even just leaving the option to run local AI in the future requires a massive extra investment into the board and power supply.

Riot is cooking again. 2kxo is a 2vs2 fighting game (ftp) in the League of Legends universe.
I don't really care about playing it, but man, what a trailer. Ahri looks beautiful and Ekko is cool as ever.

Yesterday I had to drive a few hours just to get some small stuff done. And tomorrow I have to do it again, because the appointment guy only just called me. Had he done that before the weekend, I could have saved myself a few hours of mind-numbing train driving. T_T

And wow, this is so much better than the one from 2016. Not even close. #movies

Fun thing, recently big tech ran very expensive commercials. And although they praise their AI product all day, they themselves didn't use it and went to professional teams instead, spending millions. no trust in your own product?

Its cheap, sure. But you have no copyrights and man do some of them not hold up once you hold it in your hands. From afar, they seem to be alright though.
I just know I wouldnt dare to hand something like that in for a client, but once they make it themselfes worse, is ok?

Most publisher in my field of work don't like to use AI or only for rough prototypes. However, there are some that use it to make complete covers and the strangest thing is - they dont even look that good, especially closeup. Why the cover of all things?
