I think you're fine. I tend to think like that too but I'm therapy I learned that most of the time it's just in my head. You're a fine friend and sometimes orale just are busy and that can feel like they're maybe bored but that's mostly not the case.

And it's time lapse

The rage zombies from 28 days after franchise are later explained to being alive just in some form of perma-feral mood with some super strength and survivability mutations, but they are always aggressive and most of the time don't attack Cuz they hunger. They're just violent all the time.

I think they went away from that idea Cuz they tried to go to different directions but it mostly end up being odd. Some did nail the concept but they're rare.

Originally it was because they ate -brains- not just flesh. And an alive brain is the freshest. For some reason they derailed from that concept and now most of the times doesn't make sense.
