Roast them without the parchment. Add a coating of oil to the baking sheet and roast them upside down. The pumpkin/squash will carmelize. So yummy!

AA is my all-time favorite. I’ve seen him with the Ants and also his solo stuff. He still puts on a great show and plays a lot of his early stuff and b-sides from the late 1970s. The Sundays were amazing. Jeff Buckley is another one I should have added…saw him the year his album Grace dropped.
