Yeah they have a cut off age at 9 over here too. You’re better off saving that 1k on the side at this point. It’s a shame though, you want to give your pet the best care no matter what.

Yeah and the weird thing is in their policy it states they cover cancer/tumor treatment which this exactly is but when I called they said that jodium treatment counted as “alternative”. Gotta read the fine print. =_=

I’m glad I had insurance when the costs ramped up last year but at the same time their logic is hard to find. They were willing to pay for lifelong medication but not for the treatment with a 95% succes rate of CURING the hyperthyroidism. Hope you’ll manage to find the extra money. 🙏🏻

I was at a fantasy fair a year ago where usually handcrafted work and small artists/writers are celebrated. An illustrated book caught my eye but not a name of an illustrator in sight so I asked who made the illustrations. “I used AI ‘ethically’”. Never turned around and walked away so fast. 🥲

As much as a like digital, working traditionally in my sketchbook will always be the most relaxing for me. 😊
