With the world being so effed up just now, it’s important to stop and appreciate the beauty that is Spring. If you live in a rural area, as I do, it’s too easy to overlook simple things in nature, so stop, take a moment and enjoy the outdoors

What a blummin waste of a day spent fighting off a migraine. I think I’m going to try acupuncture because medication doesn’t have much effect on me. A cup of tea and some toast at 4pm was very welcome and I’m feeling more lively now 👏
