I thought the same thing. The article I read also said that vitamins could cause a negative impact on some medications. My concern was always the danger of taking too much vitamins, not I know that there are other things to be aware of.

I share your realization to focus on eating more nutritiously. I also realized that I need to learn how to balance my meals a bit better. I understand that everything is ok in moderation, but when thinking about what I ate I for sure need sharpen the skill of moderation. @beh353.bsky.social #beh

Hey Kevin, YES! I always knew that fiber was key in GI health, but never knew why or how it worked. Learning the the fiber binds to bile salts and that it helps us get rid of cholesterol was surprising to me. I never thought there could be a correlation between the two. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I have to agree with you. I can remember learning about this in a statistics class. Sample size matters especially in nutrition science. There are so many different layers to this science that encompassing every scenario with a small number is near impossible. @beh353 #beh353
