fascinating seeing his earlier work--I can see the other influences here still while his famous Hellboy work became more and more shape-focused and abstract

looking forward to it since I like inventory slot mechanics in games (playing SIGNALIS again which is all about managing inventory space)

that's a concept I still have to wrap my mind around. It feels like a clean, functioning and non-toxic version of Twitter and I'm inclined to like instead of repost

A platform without an algo is such an usual concept in today's world ;)

crap, I'm stuck in Berlin and they haven't yet imported your TTRPGs yet, including LANCER, but thankfully they have your K6BD comics

is that art by Tayou Matsumoto? Just reading his No.5 again and it's wonderfully weird and couldn't warm up to his new Tokyo series

perhaps someone scrapped your email and put you on the list?

Although it sounds like a wonderfully random setup for a fun story either in live action or comic form

do you think that's even possible? While there's an overall influence I can see in your cartoons, they carry modern sensibilities not found in Peanuts

happened to me twice last year, followed with a condescending tone
January 5, 2026 at 10:42 PM
freaky design and the black and white really adds to the creepiness factor

just bought the first book from my comic book shop in Berlin.
Such a fun read and I love the subtle tone and melancholia

I'm gonna ask my local comic shop in Berlin about it--after all, they had First Knife
January 5, 2026 at 9:37 PM
wow, quite a difference between the sticker sheets
January 5, 2026 at 9:37 PM
looking forward to listen to to that--I've been asking that question myself
January 5, 2026 at 9:36 PM
super exciting--love the colors and shading and halftone-ish FX, such a fresh and unique look
January 5, 2026 at 7:21 PM
Yes, I’ve got the manga (one shot) and watched the 50 min movie multiple times. I hope the upcoming live action does it justice

the game looks sick with the retro graphics and your art, but I'm really looking forward to SHARP EYE from KS.

Huuge fan of your style and I think First Knife is still killer although I know your work from Turncoat
January 4, 2026 at 9:36 PM
ah cool, I think my whimsical art book shop has it in my district--he's got amazing indie TTRPGs and Zines and I wanna support his little shop

The Lost Boys is such a classic and one of the best horror comedies depicting California

Mine is:

- Ping Pong (inspiring Japanese movie about friendship and ambition with a killer soundtrack
- Ghostbusters
- The Big Lebowski
- Groundhog Day
- Look Back (the anime, soon the live action as well)
January 4, 2026 at 9:28 PM
that looks complicated but immersive
January 4, 2026 at 9:23 PM
oh tempting--used to be a big fan of blogging over a decade ago when it was all the rage

saw your RRR first on Twitter and found your profile.

Your new webcomic seems like a major improvement and a wayyyy bigger undertaking--especially after hearing your Patreon audio about how RRR limited your worldbuilding by keeping it the surburbs
