Last week the MCT held the annual Marsh Award for Excellence in Public Sculpture in partnership with @pssatweets.bsky.social With so many wonderful nominations the few that were shortlisted were then also up for Public voting. The Winner of the Public Vote was Awarded to ‘Ribbons’ by Pippa Hale.

Yesterday the MCT attended the presentation of the Fight Against Modern Slavery Awards, which we have run in partnership with the Human Trafficking Foundation since 2011. The presentation was once again held at Speaker’s House, during an event to mark Anti-Slavery Day.

Today the MCT will be attending the Judging meeting with the Museum of London to decide who will be the winners of this year’s Marsh Volunteer Awards held in partnership with the Museum of London.

This year's Marsh Award for International Arts Society Committee of the Year winner is Arts Society Nerja, Spain. The Arts Society in Nerja, led by Helen Sijsling, are a formidable group of volunteers who provide a great deal of support for projects involving art and young people

This Award is run in partnership with Re-engage and recognises the contribution made by volunteers who support and care for older people.

🌟 This year marks 15 years of supporting Clothing Solutions (For Disabled People) who are a registered charity based in West Yorkshire. They offer a unique service that alters and creates bespoke clothing for disabled people to establish a better quality of life. 🌟
