Has anyone with back pain started strength training in middle age? Did it help? How did you get started? I want to get stronger to relieve some of the pain I have had since my pregnancies, but it's overwhelming! TIA!

I just finished planting about 100 fava beans of 3 varieties: bonnie lad, polar fava and petit du lac (a Quebec cultivar!) I love planting fava because it has an early start and harvest and is, in my opinion, the most delicious bean!
