Props to the nurse who did my injection today and asked if I'd heard anything about cervical screening. I think if no one had brought it up to me I would never have one.

I entered and intro and a prelim level dressage test this month (I've only done one intro before ever) but I thought hey, I can ride fine, what could be so bad?
Now I'm learning the tests and realising I was much calmer as a naïve 12 year old who thought I was good than I am now 😅
