I've learned that you can't reason much with emotional people. I want to talk to the reasonable people.

I'm just a nerd on a nerd app, being moderate about most things. A lot of overblown rhetoric on social media, a lot of aggression, posturing, shaming, bullying, etc. Tired of it and I just block aggressive people now.

Because of function creep. Anyone can accuse anyone else of being a Nazi. Even if that person didn't do anything but disagree with the first person. Once labeled a Nazi, then they can be bullied with impunity. Even if they've done nothing wrong. It's a self-righteous way to silence dissent.
