I hope if this monstrosity is ever finished it's henceforth called THE FELON'S BALLROOM.

We know because it's Trump. Not fair, no bid process, and definitely quid pro quo.

Here they are: The Trump administration said it selected Clark Construction to head the project, with McCrery Architects designing it. WE NEED TO PUBLICLY PROTEST THEM AND PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.

Find out who the contractors are. Punish them publicly. Sue them. Put them out of business. If the orange slop can't be stopped, punish those who are enabling and facilitating this destruction. Stop any further work. Make that miserable sop live in this falling down monstrosity of his own making.

ALSO, read through the comments of people who have knit this pattern on Ravelry. There is a problem with the written pattern, there are too many motifs to get the correct width says this person: www.ravelry.com/projects/Dur...

So sorry, but I've not seen this pattern, or knit it before. What's the issue for the sadness? Anything that could be viewed on a YouTube tutorial? Maybe do a search on YouTube and see if someone else has successfully knit it?

The Scandinavians pin the garment to the blocking boards and then spray it with a mist of water. I find that's a much better method than dunking in water, squeezing, then pinning.

Blocking really is the final finish to hand knitwear. :)
