Library Christmas again! This time we have The Hollow Places by @tkingfisher.com , and I can already tell this book was written for me (and also possibly @jmawork.bsky.social )

In the midst of the nightmare, it felt really good to do a night bike just to see the Aurora Borealis above Minneapolis tonight.

I will personally vouch for the spoons. These were self-housewarming purchase many years ago. Spoon still a spoon, flippin paddle still good at flippin and soup stirring!

Less than 20 hours to go, this book has a lot of excellent smut by some very talented artists (including myself).

Library Christmas! Today I finally got ahold of Ring Shout, by @pdjeliclark.bsky.social , so I'm having a cold press and a lil sit by whatever weak light this November day provides.

My hold list is down to only 6 books, better add more.

For Halloween I'm opening up some vintage Dracula books by my favorite Spanish artist, Esteban Maroto.
Copy of Dracula: Vlad the Impaler (1/3), which despite being from 1993 heavily feels like the 70s. A blonde in a flimsy white dress lays on a big skull, impaled with a sword and dripping with blood, as Dracula looms.

We have business cards! I kinda hate the print quality but you would not believe the turnaround time for better paper.

Spooky print night as I get ready for SLICE 2025. I found one more deck of casino cards so I'm making another round of Vermin Totems. Back to using the Caligo ink because, honestly, I just like it more than the speedball. Even the speedball black, which is the best one.

Denim test on the lino prints is...mixed. A lot of the detail is lost in the process. I think the rat is the most successful, and the pigeons are way too delicate to even try.

If I make patches, I think I have to carve blocks just for that.

I'd be lying if I said there wasn't a folder of mostly Redford in my reference pile, for whenever I need inspiration for a sexy lean. The man could lean on *anything.*
