Here is a paper everyone should read, by Prof. James Hansen who tried to raise the alarm decades ago (and was ignored, just like all the other climate scientists). In it, he lays out a convincing case for what to expect of global heating in the future, and why it is about to get much worse.

This is me in Berlin about 2 weeks ago, when I tried to join @letztegeneration.bsky.social in a protest. Police stopped and searched me, found an orange high-vis vest and detained me on the spot when I refused to leave.

Glad to finally have my Bluesky account after many weeks of waiting. Much enjoyed Twitter before that troll took over and ruined everything.
