TV head fella! I had the idea of a TV head character with a sentient cartoon character inside. My freind named them retro (TV head) and static (cartoon fella). Retro cant talk but can move, and static can talk but not move. Theyre also completely separate entities. #originalcharacter #humanartist

I would like it to be known that I came up with this character design BEFORE hazbin hotel season 2 (I got random anxiety about it earlier)
