I am sorry I come off snarky. Systemic racism is a huge problem in Denmark. This story is important. There are many such stories, but they are not all serving the narrative of the people in power. So I question the purpose of this.

A story of the municipality erring on the side of the child to protect the child from parents of which one of them is jailed, and the story is framed in the US as being about race speaks volumes. Sheesh.
May I remind you that putting people in prison in Denmark is not an industrial enterprise.
