the thing that troubles me the most is the absence of solidarity.
when you see a fellow comrade, you should be supporting them in any way you can. ANY WAY YOU CAN.

I used to work as a Spanish interpreter. When people say learning languages is hard I point out that little babies do it all the time. It just requires practice and a willingness to communicate without getting hung up about making a mistake.
