If there are Zoom gatherings of Kotava speakers or on Jitsi like the Idists use, I might be interested in learning more that a priori auxlang/conlang. But even with the "millions" of Esperantists, the Esperanto Zoom meetings gathers maybe 15 or 20 people.

If there is a sizeable community of Kotava speakers, something comparable to those of Ido, Interlingua or even Occidental/Interlingue, there should be "real books" in that language, not just pdf or html publications. Also, there are zero news or articles about Kotava in newspapers or radio/TV shows.

It is unlikely, as there is practically no published literature or international gatherings of that a priori language. At least there are some publications in Ido, Interlingua and even Occidental/Interlingue in Lulu and Amazon. Kotava still remains in pdf and html

Not really, I didn't think about "ranking" them. I also forgot Volapük, Novial, Latino sine flexione which are still in use
