As we all know, poor people faced with a traffic ticket or something can simply tell a judge "I cannot pay this and I think it is unfair" and the fine is immediately reduced by 60 percent

Why can’t I find any decent talent for director to associate rolls? Something isn’t adding up. SO many layoffs, shutdowns, etc and the talent pool is just garbage. Not to mention I’m competing with what seems like a black hole vacuuming all the talent up, but to where? 🤪
