YOGA is a Sanskrit word that means UNION, UNITY, UNIFICATION, whichever of those words (and others of that ilk) you choose.
YOGA doesn’t mean exercise. The exercise we call yoga is ASANA which actually means SEAT.
The ASANA guides us to a place of YOGA.
Don’t forget that.
