Last year in general wasn't a great one for me. You probably do have to get away from art for a bit (unless you absolutely must do it as your job) and it helps a lot to "refresh" your brain and eyes

I had a similar situation happen in this period last year, I couldn't come up with any ideas and nothing I drew looked good to me. Now I'm in the opposite situation though so it will go away eventually! I hope as soon as possible for you :) art is fun!
