My daughter was due on June 14, 1992. She was born on Juneteenth instead. This is the birthday card I picked up for her. Being of practical mind, she requested socks for her birthday.

In the last month, I joined a local recreation center run by the park district. I've been doing a combination of walking and strength training. Have lost two inches from my waistline. This self care is important because of the craziness going on in the USA. Focusing on wellness.

If the United States manages to still be a country when Trump is gone, we will need to ask our congress critters to place more limits on presidential powers. Right now, we have a rogue president who is abusing the power that he was given by the American people.
