It is now asking me how I would reduce the risk of ‘natural phenominenon (sic)’… Where to begin? Judging by films like 2012 and San Andreas, not being an arsehole is the main mitigation. Can I put that in the form I wonder…?

I saw it 3 times in the old ABC cinema in Walsall in 85. I loved it and still do. My daughter saw it in the cinema the other day and I had no idea it was back in cinemas.

I sized up a potential piece of work today. Not a large amount of material, but diverse in provenance. I spotted at least 6 languages, many different hands and in many states of decay. Tightly-folded paper, vellum, volumes, printed books, photographs. Lots of rusted paper clips. Good luck AI!

My last 3 prescriptions have had a little correction in the bottom of the lenses. Not quite varifocals, but my optician reckons the next one will be. Harumph.

Could be their best signing of the decade! Congratulations!

That is a cruel blow to bear. It’s not self-pitying to acknowledge and express the hurt and the anger in you as a response. Sending you much love.

Love it! Congratulations Richard! Richly deserved, if you pardon the pun!
