I watched him back in his Buffalo days. He called himself Dave Thomas back then. He hosted local shows in Buffalo including the morning kids show called Rocketship 7 with Mr. Beeper and Promo the Robot!

From one of those old educational films for kids. I think it was called Lunchroom Manors and there's a weird puppet in it called Mr. Bungle. As seen on Pee Wee's Playhouse and I know MST3K and Rifftrax riffed it.

Back in the 70s my dad dropped off my sister and her friend to get OJ Simpson's autograph at Southgate Plaza. My dad was in the car when OJ pulled in right next to him. My dad got out shook his hand and said OJ was very nice and they had a nice conversation. I wonder what ever happened to OJ??
