That's true. There's always time. I believe that because I can watch tv every night so I know I have the time. It's just the willingness to get back on a routine that is hard.

You're right! My running buddy is injured and that means less motivation for me, especially for the long runs. My husband also runs but he's so much faster so we never run together 😄
