Rogelio feels immense pain in his feet. He can’t sleep and it hurts to walk. The pain is so bad that he rather refused to go to dialysis than being cuffed. He is scared that his feet will get infected and will have to have his feet removed.

Rogelio has diabetes and goes to dialysis three times a week. He has recently been forced to have his feet cuffed. Officer Miller is the one forcing Rogelio have his feet cuffed. Rogelio has a medical document stating that he is not to have his feet cuffed because of previous injuries to his feet.

La Resistencia is the only organization in Washington state that has been fighting against ICE flights out of King County Airport. Since 2019, La Resistencia has been fighting against the deportation flights occurring out of King County Airport (KCA).
