To say they will not get ' any kind of protection ' is so damning that it must be backed up with evidence.
We do have embassies and consulates across Pakistan and they would help as much as they could, within the Pakistan legal system.

Vaccinations aren't actually an infection in the same way getting introduced to someone at a party that you don't like and avoiding them all evening is not the same as marrying them and finding out they have ruined your life.
