The US has weaponized trade to put the squeeze on other countries. As a Canadian, with much of our economy integrated with the US, this has lead to much job loss & economic uncertainty.

Why is Newsom scolding foreigners about the US? We all know too well what's going on. The question is: what's the US doing about it? Because from our vantage point, it's a big ZERO.

Agree. I'm hoping it's just because he feels the constraints of a minority government, although a rather easy one at that. Easy spring election to get a bolder mandate?

But so far he's been pretty wishy washy in foreign policy & he agreed to Trump’s Peace Board. Hopefully, he'll walk his own talk more boldly.

Well, goaltending is definitely Canada's weakest position & has been for a while now. It's concerning, for sure. Bennington was good at 4 Nations, though, so hopefully he rises to the occasion in Milan.

Montambeault has been terribly inconsistent this year, has had really bad games & has just come back from a conditioning stint in the minors.
