Good Monday morning #NMRollCall Good upcoming week for watermelons. Great way to hydrate. When I left NJ to drive moving here it was Labor Days weekend and hot. My sweet friend who saw me off suggested I take some to have on the road. Uh, a bit messy while trying to navigate America I thought.
