My husband is a supporter of the Robins, but he has no Barbour jacket. Their ground is in the rougher part of Cheltenham (though that’s hardly Kirkby or Toxteth rough). Harrogate is the superior town: there’s no Betty’s in Cheltenham.

But no baby Clives or Keiths. Funny that #TheArchers

And I’d suggest he walk around a few old churchyards to see what the absence of vaccinations used to do to ‘fragile babies’.

My mum has the same. A natter about Trump would be lively rather than lovely. She loathes the man & Farage. Once she stops getting angry about them we’ll start to worry about her.

There’s a group of us in Oxford going up to Liverpool next week for the Labour Party Conference so we could take them back for them.

Yes- we saw it last week with barrister husband & solicitor daughter so a bit like a busman’s holiday. Thought it was superb harrowing too

Charles Collingwood is such a tremendous actor & Brian a wonderful character. I really hope he carries on #TheArchers

I don’t like to remind you of something very unpleasant, but what about Hazel Woolley? #TheArchers

It could be worse: you could have won one of Richard Thwaite’s crocheted loo roll holders #TheArchers

Thank you. In the end it turned out to be fairly minor & she’s back home. We’re away & my sister will be too but she has lovely neighbours who will keep a close eye on her.

I sadly get insanely excited by the idea of an evening in front of the TV with some knitting, after a few days of evening meetings.

I’m feeling guilty escaping on the sleeper down to Penzance then Isles of Scilly tomorrow, leaving Michael in a dust bowl of a house with no kitchen & no water.

Thanks, Peter. As they say, every day is a learning day & that priceless piece of knowledge had completely passed me by until today.

While one may be considered by a psychiatrist to have mental capacity, excruciating pain takes that away temporarily. Suffering severe pain with 1st baby, I lost my ability to make the best decision for myself & had to rely on husband who knew my wishes & had mine & baby’s best interests at heart.

I remember chatting to a Cllr colleague about the JR. He’d taken his son for a hearing check up at the Children’s Hospital & marvelled at the care & beautiful design. He then visited his grandfather in a geriatric ward which was dirty & had too few staff. Both need equal & excellent care.

That’s really disappointing as they look so beautiful & I admire them whenever I cycle past. In my next life, I will be a bike stand architect, based on the William Morris beautiful but useful maxim.
