Wilsonville was home to celebrated author Walt Morey. He wrote many of his beloved books from his property on the Willamette River, now the neighborhood of Morey’s Landing. Morey’s typewriter and references to his literary legacy can be found at the Wilsonville Library.

Visiting Wilsonville’s state of the art Water Treatment Plant is a perfect way to spend a sunny day. The flowing Murase water feature is a treasure in itself! Signs are posted inside the windows inviting visitors to learn how our water is treated.
