I think they are believed to boost your immune system. All I'm saying is they say and they believe. If you ask my opinion, I don't really believe you can treat COVID with turkey tails because COVID has immune evasion properties. But it is possible that they help you from other infections.

Google 'turkey tail' and you will see. They are traditionally used in Japan for cancer. Also a mycologist I know said he used them when he had COVID.
But I would only say they are used and that does not necessarily mean they cure them.
