Jesse Lonergan was born in California, raised in Saudi Arabia and Vermont, and spent two years in Turkmenistan teaching English with the Peace Corps. His first published work was Flower and Fade from NBM ComicsLit in 2007. In 2020, his wordless sci-fi comic Hedra was published by Image Comics and nominated for an Eisner Award for best single issue. His graphic novel DROME was released in 2025. He has worked as an artist on various projects with Dark Horse, IDW, DC and others. He likes bad coffee, bad TV, and movies about sad robots.
