I did silly chapter summary stuff like this when my friend was playing through the games for the first time and this for SC Chapter 4 is probably my favourite one, as silly as it is.

So looking at Chaos we start with Critical Rate+60%
I consider this basically a dead stat because it's easy enough to reach 100% crit. Even if not directly like this, Zodiac Sign can easily get the rest of the way there.
Damage to stunned +80 is on both so this is also a wash.

Some additional thoughts on Sky 1st now that I've finished the game if it interests you.
Comparing a lot of the dialogue side by side I found the xseed translation more often sounded like natural English dialogue where the new one you can really tell it was a translated script.
