Communications specialist, masters athlete, former automotive journalist, and advocate for high-performance aging. It’s never too late to become what you might have been.
I just deleted my twitter account, and almost instantly felt less stressed. It was great to cut the mental clutter and toxic opinions, which (for some reason) I felt the need to rebut.
Should have done this sooner!

There's no excuse for politicizing these fires. Think about it, what would Trump say if these fires had occurred in Florida or Texas? The U.S. deserves a president for ALL Americans. www.nytimes.com/2025/01/12/u...

Our Premier is talking about removing tent cities, and although these are a poor solution to homelessness, dismantling encampments is more hurtful than helpful. Here's an alternative that could work: www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...

At his meeting with Justin Trudeau, Trump recently quipped about Canada becoming the 51st state. This isn't the first time I've heard this, which reinforces my belief that we need to strengthen other trade relationships, invest in our military, and become less dependent on the U.S.

I just signed up on Bluesky, thanks to a Toronto Star article by @brucearthur.bsky.social . I look forward to a platform that is more social, more informative, and equally important, less toxic than Twitter. Not sure yet who to follow, but I'm starting on that journey.
