Don't you just hate debugging a dropdown that hides once you focus out?!
Chrome DevTools to the rescue!

Just toggle the "Emulate a focused page" checkbox - and you're good to go 🔥

Let's play a guessing game, you're seeing this blue button at the bottom of an unsubscribe page, what does it do?

Every time I’m abroad and I get to eat a Kebab, I miss the flat bread we have here which is much more “meaty” and less like a tortilla.

In case you missed it, VSCode 1.79.0 now knows how to automatically update the opening and closing tag inside JSX.

No need to use the Auto Rename Tag extension anymore, just turn on the flag 😍

1. PayPal will also reach out using your name and not in a generic form ("PayPal user"/"Dear Customer").
2. PayPal won't provide a phone number in the email + they have a local phone number in every country the provide service at.
3. Grammar error. Did I miss anything? Lmk!

⚠️ Phishing Alert ⚠️
A few days ago I received this email.
It got me all scared in the middle of the night since it really looked authentic (sent from http://PayPal.com).
Can you guess the things that made me realize it's a phishing email?

Just listened to the @syntax.fm episode with Nicholas Zakas and I absolutely love the multiplier term to judge senior engineers:
“Can you help make the people around you better? Are you able to double the productivity of the five people on your team?”.
Thanks @wesbos.com and @tolin.ski!

A new Search element was added last month to the HTML spec. It has semantic meaning and will be exposed to the accessibility API as a search landmark.

Thanks to Scott O'Hara for the work on this spec :)

One thing I’ve learned from my time reviewing code is that there’s no replacement to a good word. Next time you review a PR, if you see something you like, say it!
