There is going to be a huge line drawn between traditional technologies that are deterministic and non-deterministic technologies like ML models and LLMs. You cannot use the same techniques to operate these different paradigms.

The point is that it's not a white people phenomenon. Using the reservations to circumvent the law isn't new.
