I read a lot of academic research papers. For a long time I’ve wanted to contribute to academia and try to get a paper published in a journal. Within the last week I finally was struck with inspiration after reviewing some state wide data. I’ve finally found a topic I want to write about!

Having a a bad boss can ruin a job even if you love it. I felt like I got my dream job this past year, but having a bad boss has made me hate coming into work every day.
