Not quite as sexy but I’ve starting commuting to work by bike for my shred phase. I’ve been doing strength training for about 4-5 months and got burned out. Now I wanna burn fat.
So tldr. Oct ‘21 I was diagnosed as diabetic w/ 9.7 A1C at 345lbs (156.5kg). I am now 6.2 A1C at 268.5lbs (121.8kg). 😁
