Keeping the tools you use readable and visible is important! So we've put a blurry material behind the tools, even when the screenshot ends up behind them that keeps them clearly visible. Nice small quality of life improvement. 😊

Adding notifications to Bezel on the Mac. Still a work in progress, but already a nice feature when you don't want Bezel to always show up the device automatically.

You can now adjust the length of the heart rate mediation you want to do with Rhythm. Ranging from 1 to 10 minutes, quite nice if you want a bit longer check-in or are already more experienced at meditation.

Added some (optional) background music to Rhythm! 🎵 If you feel listening to only your heartbeat is a little to intense we now have some serene background music to help you focus.

Updating Rhythm to ask for the heart rate sensor to use in the onboarding. Got feedback it wasn't clear Apple Watch (or simulating a heartbeat) was also supported. This should enable everyone to try a heart rate meditation with Rhythm!

Added a paste button to add menu in Bezel so you can easily drop in any screenshots you have copied from somewhere else.

Created a bit more room for the preview in the latest Bezel update on iOS. Moved the tools a bit down to give the actual content room to shine. 🖼️

Bezel on iOS will now show a checkerboard when you use a transparent background and have padding and/or an aspect ratio set. Helps to clearly see how the output image will look!

You can now export your framed shots in the ratio of choice, make it square, landscape, portrait. Whatever suits you best!

Just got an Osmo Pocket. Obviously the hardest part now is choosing between becoming a travel vlogger or a fitness influencer.

Always work together friends! Gives so much extra energy to work together on something you both like. Taco joined creating the beautiful audiovisuals for Rhythm and the app would feel the same without them. ❤️

Fixed! Updated the Bezel iOS app so framing a screenshot with Visual Intelligence now always works as expected. Now even if the app is killed in the background it correctly frames the screenshot.

Even after releasing plenty of apps,getting Rhythm through app review still took us a bit of ping-pong with App Review. Especially with HealthKit access it's good they don't just accept whatever comes through, but it's not always easy to make clear you do actually comply if you're not a standard app

Figured a lot more people probably have the Apple Watch compared to AirPods Pro 3. So Rhythm now also supports listening to your heartbeat using the Apple Watch as a sensor.

The "rate this app" dialog is one of the redesigned components in macOS 26 that I really like. So much better than the old version.
