And yeah benzos/xylazine are resistant the naloxone, but that's not a surprise. And they keep saying "naloxone-resistant fentanyl" so the article is dumb anyway.

Either way it's not a "new type of fentanyl" that is resistant to naloxone. Enough doses of naloxone is still gonna reverse the opioid effects, it won't reverse the benzo, because go figure, a benzo is not an opioid. It will still improve the outcome though.

I mean not really. I'm not a professional but I believe that u can (theoretically) reverse it with flumazenil (risky tho) + naloxone, or naloxone + yohimbine (if it's xylazine.)
