You’d naïvely think the West would show up to support them. But no. Of course not. Why would they? Where are the so-called “activists”? Too busy for a small protest for Iranians? Where’s Caron? Oh right—hair appointment. Important blow-dry. The culture clowns? They’re at reformer Pilates, totally booked. The social-justice bachelor’s degrees, antisemitism major? They’re busy printing a new T-shirt with a picture of their dead hamster. No one says anything. No one does anything. Nothing. No talk of sanctions on the regime. No move to label the Revolutionary Guards as terrorists. Zero. Nada. Nothing. And it’s just unbearable. Because today—left, right, whatever—everyone should be supporting the Iranian people. So why aren’t you? With Iranians, you don’t even have your usual excuses about colonization or genocide. So what’s your excuse now? These people have lived under oppression for half a century. In just a few days, they’ve gone through the equivalent of five years of Bataclan. And somehow it’s only in Europe that our TV panels are packed with fake intellectuals defending the mullahs’ regime. It’s surreal. You have to understand: there’s basically no one left who supports the Iranian regime. Except a few terrorist groups—but at least they’re getting paid for it. It shows they don’t give a damn about people. They don’t care about the body count. Populations are just their sacrificial lambs, so they can tweet “fuck Israel, fuck America.” Then there’s the second reason: ideology. For twenty years now, the Left has been selling us this narrative that the West is evil, the source of all misfortune, while Muslims are the oppressed. And the news proved the opposite again this very week. It’s the United Arab Emirates that are stopping their students from traveling to the UK because they’re afraid they’ll get radicalized. That’s where we are. The Arab world has fewer radical Muslims than Europe.
