You’re right. The first shot is what they are all reacting to because they don’t know who fired it. The man immediately attempts to get up, and then that’s when they unload. We need another angle to tell.

Need to see another angle of this one. There is a single shot fired before all the rest. Hard to tell who fired it or if this guy had a gun.
