As a casual player, this is great. I can only play a couple of hours a week and the power grind is completely off putting. I’d be happy to see the back of it completely. Have levels for activities, and have the higher loot tiers drop from the higher level activities.

Agreed. I guess it can go away if they do away with seasonal power completely

I think this is one of those things where they’re not going to keep everyone happy - some like it all at once, and some like it to evolve weekly. I’m sure they listened to feedback and ran the numbers on engagement before making the shift back to weekly.
