If you want to have a conversation about dismantling the DHS you can do better than reposting someone who is using it as a tactic to defend ICE in its current form.

I’m happy that you’re excited about that but DHS is currently considered critical infrastructure. This is not the congresswoman’s intention with this statement. When politicians add things to the pot it’s to draw attention away from the core issue.

Like what happened in Ep 1 is something that is explicitly disallowed on principle: proving that someone has emotions by inciting them to have an outburst on the stand is equivalent to self-incrimination. Even if Serra doesn't have rights, it still violates the rules of evidence.
