They are political. I think a case can be made that any voting for presidential immunity voted to void the judiciary branch of government. This was a check and balance, a protection for all citizens, a fundamental part of our government. Any who voted for should be removed.

Revoke presidential immunity and presidential pardons and make consequences real again. The scotus is no longer judiciary but executive policy branch. They failed as a check in the constitution-absolve them.
