A piece of land art formed by grassy mounds and curved ponds, in front of a neoclassical building. The land art is by Charles Jencks. Master of the Universe, a bronze sculpture by Eduardo Paolozzi. A larger version of the sculpture is located outside the British Library in London. A framed screen print of a guillotine blade with the words "The Medium is the Message" on it, by Ian Hamilton Findlay following a planning dispute with Strathclyde Council. Illuminated text reading "The will be no miracles here". The letters are mounted on scaffolding, and set within a park. The artist is Nathan Coley.
